Jeanette, a Puerto Rican mother of 4 amazing boys who has been impacted by child welfare, also the Executive Director of Rise Magazine a community organization led and centered by parents for parents. As a parent impacted by child welfare personally I have dedicated my career to supporting other parents, I have been advocating for the past 20 years for family rights in NYC.
