This is the newest way to introduce the REC rotation and ultrasound rotation requirements.
If you are doing ultrasound rotation, please focus on module 5- Early pregnancy loss. Please review the sogc guidelines for contraception and induced abortion during the pandemic (focus specifically on medical abortion during the pandemic), and SOGC guideline on PUL and ectopic pregnancy. Please complete the ISUOG modules elsewhere and the Abdominal ultrasound SIM modules listed.
I will offer you all that the program offers.
Module 1- complete the history of reproductive justice video- consider articles that apply to you. Please note the ted talk on the urgency of intersectionality has some very violent images and is very informative and recommended but not required. The other items are available for your perusal and please consider returning to this area if time allows.
Module 2
Due date will be at the end of the rotation, but I will leave it open so you can access whenever you want.
Please note, this program was designed in the USA. If there is conflicting information between this and SOGC, use SOGC guidelines for your exams. If SOGC has a guideline, you do not need to read the American guidelines unless you want to.
