LARC Insertion: Managing Pain with IUD Insertion
As of 2023, new research demonstrates that cervical block is effective in reducing pain associated with tenaculum placement and IUD insertion, especially in adolescent and nulliparous patients. The recommendations in this video regarding cervical block techniques and other pain management strategies remain consistent with current evidence.
